- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.

- If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (Note: Since we only offer cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other available methods).
